Thirty Seconds Before
Find a safe memory worth revisiting. Begin just before the moment. What was underfoot? What sound was approaching? What was the air doing? Notice a small gesture or feeling, then return to the room you're in now.
What if the best part of the festival was the first glimpse of your future?
The lights go down. The wristband stays on your wrist a little too long. But something about the person who answered the music may be worth bringing home.
An Amazon purchase link will be added here only when the book's live listing exists.

The festival gave you uncommon conditions. The freedom, daring, tenderness, delight, and ease of connection you felt were among your own human capacities. This book asks what happens when you begin making room for them elsewhere.
Through seven sensory and relational expeditions across three days, After the Drop invites you to move beyond remembering what happened and investigate the possibilities that appeared. The five cards below are free companions to the book's complete exercises.
No registration or payment is needed. Select Print the cards to print them or choose your computer's “Save as PDF” printer.
Find a safe memory worth revisiting. Begin just before the moment. What was underfoot? What sound was approaching? What was the air doing? Notice a small gesture or feeling, then return to the room you're in now.
Which people, permissions, surroundings, rhythms, and absences contributed? Choose one condition that you could create responsibly in another setting.
What did you permit yourself to feel or do? Give that possibility a small, tangible gesture. Design one real-world expedition with a time, a place, and genuine room to be surprised.
Whose presence enlarged your experience? Offer specific appreciation without requiring an answer. Or invite someone into a shared experiment and make room for their own desires.
What did you do? What changed in your behavior? What delighted or nourished you? What deserves an adaptation or another attempt? Some beautiful moments can stay memories.
Safety, rest, hydration, cooling, nourishment, and appropriate support come first. Skip or change any exploration that becomes distressing or unsuitable for your circumstances.
